All Ready-to-Wear Sarees sales are final. It cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless a defect or error in production is identified.

– Returns or replacements are accepted within 2 days for return and replacement from the date of delivery.
– The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
– Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required. -
Return/Replacement Process:
– To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our customer support team via email or phone.
– Provide your order details, including the order number and the item(s) you wish to return or replace.
– Our customer support representative will guide you through the return or replacement process. -
Types of Returns/Replacements:
– Refund : We do not offer cash refunds for returns. Instead, for all eligible returns, you will receive a store credit in the form of a coupon code. This coupon will be equivalent to the amount you paid for the returned item(s) and can be used for future purchases on our website. You have 60 days from the date of the return to redeem your coupon code. -
Exchange: If you prefer, we can exchange the returned item for a different size, color, or model, subject to availability.
– Replacement: In case the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you. -
Condition of the Product:
– The returned or replaced product must be in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
– Any signs of use, damage, or alteration may result in a partial refund or refusal of the return/replacement request. -
Easy Returns:
To initiate a return, please provide us with an opening video of the parcel immediately after receiving it. This helps us maintain transparency and ensures a smooth process.

Purchase and Cancellation Policy

Couch Days may not be able to accept certain purchase orders. Couch Days reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or reject your offer to purchase for any reason including but not limited to:
(i) Limited inventory/quantities of product(s) available for purchase; or
(ii) Inaccuracies or errors in description of product or pricing information; or
(iii) Non-receipt of additional information requested by Couch Days.
Couch Days will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled.
Couch Days shall not be liable to you for any direct or indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss suffered by you due to non-acceptance of your offer to purchase the products or delay in return of your product or delay in informing you about non-acceptance of your order.
Cancellation of order by you:
After placing an order, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing such an order. You are not allowed to cancel the same after 24 hours of placing such an order. However, in case Couch Days receives any requests for cancellation of any order beyond 24 hours, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason.
